  Lots 16-22 are allowed to install a pier or boardwalk to the south lake waterfront for fishing and viewing.  Pier/boardwalk design subject to approval and specifications by the Developer/Architectural Review Committee.

All habitat areas (outlots) are subject to certain use restrictions, in order to maintain habitat for wildlife, and preserve privacy for lot owners abutting these areas.

Lot line fences, above-ground pools, and other structures which diminish the natural viewshed are restricted.

To promote harmonious curbside decor, each homeowner shall install a decorative mailbox that has been pre-determined by the Developer and Architectural Review Committee.

Out-buildings/sheds are not permitted.
